Transform a shared understanding of success between a high performing multi-disciplinary team into collective purpose with actionable principles, behaviours and measurable outcomes.

When to use?

> When there is an existing team of multi-disciplinary specialists assigned for a specific project eg. a pitch where there is limited time and resource to get things right.

>Demonstrate the value of an existing multi-disciplinary culture

James Hart to be precise, and this is my Founders Story:

As a multi-disciplinary strategist I’m always looking to make better connections between people and brands.

After more than 20 years helping drive impact across media, creative, integrated, brand, CX and commerce, I’ve seen how great ideas can often be limited by organisational boundaries and disciplinary bias.

My goal with every project is to bring those boundaries down and create a collaborative culture which helps teams work better together.

Diageo : ‘Gold Standard Connections Planning’

Shaped the delivery of the leading pilot for a new Connections Planning framework seeking to bring together a Connected Brand Building approach across Mental and Physical Availability

Brought in by Fawnbrake Collective to lead a series of local market multi-disciplinary workshops across brand planning, PR and media to drive growth for local beer brands (Hamburg/Holsten, Delhi/Carlsberg, Lviv/Lvivske & Zurich/Cardinal).

Helped secure a new P&G contract by co-designing an integrated collaboration model linking brand, creative and media across multiple agency teams and disciplines.

Defined and designed a new strategy innovation unit “Craft by Carat”, that amongst other things championed the use of Workshop Facilitation techniques to help foster a collaborative strategic culture between the many departments of Carat.

WPP / VML / Ford : ‘A Blockbuster Partnership’

Supported Global Team Blue to unite creative and media around content-first innovation that drove measurable brand fame for a hard to change car brand, Ford.
